Refunds

By registering and making payment for any of the services provided by WiseUp Communications, the following refund policy applies:

If you have signed up for the course and no longer wish to avail the service: 

• Within 24 hours of signup 

  • We will provide a 100% refund 

• After 24 hours & within 7 days of signup

  • We will provide a 50% refund  

• After 7 days from signup, the purchase is non-refundable

All refunds will be processed with 5-7 working days. Once the refund has been completed by WiseUp Communications, you will be notified via email.
